For almost 10 years of existence, its state has quadrupled. Thoughtful and mastered, its growth continues thanks to many real estate projects, the integration of new assets, efficient arbitrage and a constant strategy of valuing the retail parks in the portfolio. The presence into the capital of Predica (Crédit Agricole Assurances), Suravenir (Crédit Mutuel Arkéa) and Banque Populaire Val de France, leading institutional investors, validates the strategy adopted, contributes to the solidity of capital and strengthens the economic model of low-cost retail park.
